Campbell Soup Company

  • Designed the piping and associated instrumentation and controls to provide an interconnection between a new cogeneration facility and an existing 40-year-old boiler.

Campbell Swanson

  • Developed operator training manual, job aids, and operating procedures.

Campbell Taggart, Inc.

  • Developed standard operating procedures, job aids, and training materials for operators at a bread bakery.

Cargill, Inc.

  • Conducted OSHA-required 3-year audits (used OSHA Instruction CPL 2-2.45a checklist) of their process safety management (PSM) programs for all US facilities in their Oil Seeds division (this included 18 plant facilities located in 11 states).
  • Conducted a four-hour seminar course on PSM awareness and requirements.

Cerestar USA, Inc.

  • Delivered maintenance planner and scheduler training to supervisors and planners in support of their CMMS installation.
  • Designed and delivered customized training programs to plant mechanical and electrical personnel.

Del Monte Foods (United Kingdom)

  • Conducted enterprise resource planning (ERP) training for Baan users.

Dunkin Brands

  • After performing a needs assessment, GP Strategies developed a “Menu Board Analyzer” enabling the franchise to input all their menu prices and receive specific feedback for each item.

Frito-Lay

  • Performed front-end analysis of Frito-Lay’s distribution center operations, and designed and developed performance-based training curriculum.
  • Created training materials and developed a performance-based training program.

Gilroy Foods

  • Designed, developed, and implemented a complete QA lab technician training program.
  • Conducted a training program evaluation of maintenance skills for the maintenance department.
  • Provided a pay-for-skills program design.

Gold Kist

  • Performed process safety management audits for facilities in FL, GA, SC, AL, and NC.
  • Identified courses of action required to ensure full compliance with this OSHA requirement.
  • Updated the process hazards analysis to reflect the modifications done to their Live Oak, FL facility, as well as P&IDs for the Live Oak, FL facility.

Owens-Illinois Glass Container Division (domestic operations)

  • GP Strategies is currently in the fourth year of conducting maintenance training.

  • Revised the Institute’s training courses and publications in the following areas: labeling, blueprint reading, and lubrication.

  • Designed and developed a preventive maintenance program for the entire facility.
  • Integrated the preventive maintenance program with existing Pontiac Foods’ mainframe system.

  • Developed and conducted mechanical maintenance and electrical maintenance fundamentals courses.
